The "Broer Center" serves as the hub of the event center activities.

In addition to the .5-mile walking trail around the campus, the "Broer Center" offers a fun place to host family birthday's, reunions or meeting rooms. The Wedding Venue, Commons, and Family Suite are located in this building.

Birthday and Family Parties: We guarantee your birthday kid and his/her friends will have the most fun party of their life! We have several party spaces available on campus.

Weddings - With several venue options we can curate the wedding of your dreams! There are so many "views" that would provide a beautiful setting for a wedding.

Fitness Center: The building also boasts a fitness center. The fitness center is currently undergoing renovation. An additional fee is required to use the fitness center ($20/individual, $30/couple, or $40/family per month).

Conference/Meeting Rooms: There are conference areas and gathering spaces available on campus to host a small group of 5 or a larger group of 50-100. Let us know what you need, and we'll do out best to create the perfect space for you.

Quakerdale Farms' event spaces are ADA accessible, animal friendly and equipped with heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

Deposits & Payments

25% up front day of booking when 12+ months out from event, with another 25% due at 12 months out date.
50% up front on day of booking when event is less than 12 months away
Final 50% due 60 days prior to event

Cancellation Policy

12+ months from event: Full refund
61 days to less than 12 months from event: 50% refund of amount that has already been paid
60 days or less from event: No refund
